GSA: Mass Modifications Refresh

GSA has recently released a new Mass Modification Refresh, number 0009. The majority of the changes which were implemented with this refresh were editorial changes to various clauses and SINs which provide clarity to the language which is used. One only major change which is being implemented through refresh 0009 is a new Price Proposal Template, with the following changes being made:
- Offer Services Price Proposal Template
- All tabs – Improved consistency of language between all the tabs and clarity of instructions
- Pricing Terms tab: Added instructions regarding Customer/Customer Group & % of Gross Sales requirement.
- Modification Services Price Proposal Template
- All tabs – Improved consistency of language between all the tabs and clarity of instructions to mirror the Offer Services PPT
- Pricing Terms tab: Added instructions regarding Customer/Customer Group & % of Gross Sales requirement.
- SINs 541930 Translation and Interpretation Services & 611630 Linguistic Training and Education Price Proposal Template
- Aligned column headings, formulas, definitions to mirror the Modification Services PPT
- Pricing Terms tab: Added instructions regarding Customer/Customer Group & % of Gross Sales requirement.
- Offer Products Price Proposal Template
- All tabs – Improved consistency of language between all the tabs and clarity of instructions, and removed all references to SIN 54151CDM
- Read Me First tab – Added TDR information that aligns with the changes made to the Services and Training PPT
- Pricing Terms tab –
- Aligned this tab with the changes made with Refresh 7 to the Services and Training PPT pricing terms tab with one (1) exception: Removed Reference to clause I-FSS-969 for economic price adjustments.
- Added instructions regarding Customer/Customer Group & % of Gross Sales requirement.
- Modification Products Price Proposal Template
- All tabs – Improved consistency of language between all the tabs and clarity of instructions to mirror the Offer Products PPT
- Read Me First tab – Added language in row 3, specifically for the EPA-Discount/Markup/OS4 Tabs regarding instances where the discount structure may need to change
The following SINs have also been updated with this refresh:
| SIN 541611LIT – Litigation Support Services | The title of SIN 541611LIT will be revised from “Litigation Support Services” to “Litigation Support Solutions.”
The description of SIN 541611LIT will be revised to expand the scope of the SIN to identify eDiscovery, FOIA Request, and Legal Hold solutions. The commodity code will be revised from “S” (services) to “B” (both products and services). |

| SIN 339920S – Sporting Goods Equipment and Supplies | The title of SIN 339920S will be revised from “Sporting Goods Equipment and Supplies” to “Sporting Goods, Fitness Equipment, and Supplies.”
The description of SIN 339920S will be revised to expand the scope of the SIN to identify fitness equipment. |

| SIN 518210C – Cloud and Cloud-Related IT Professional Services | The title of SIN 518210C will be revised from “Cloud and Cloud-Related IT Professional Services” to “Cloud Computing and Cloud-Related IT Professional Services.”
The description of SIN 518210C will be revised to add more clarity between Cloud Computing and Cloud Related IT professional Services |
