Mr. Tenaglia serves as the Principal Director, Defense Pricing, Contracting, and Acquisition Policy (DPCAP) within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). He is responsible for all pricing, contracting, and acquisition policy matters that govern $450+ billion in annual contract obligations across DoD.
Kevin Plexico is Senior Vice President, Information Solutions, at Deltek, and a recognized expert in the public sector market. Kevin will discuss spending trends in key federal markets and his initial assessment of the impact of the Administration’s contract spending and policy changes.
