Jim Hiles is an acquisition expert with more than 30 years of experience in business operations, logistics, acquisition and the FAR. Jim has been directly involved in the submission of over 400 proposals to a wide variety of commercial and government clients. He has led strategies and team formation, pricing, staffing, and competitor analyses. He has also held positions in executive roles overseeing and implementing solutions and delivering services.
Jack R. Hott has more than four decades of experience as a contracts professional in Government and the private sector. A retired Air Force officer, he served multiple acquisition related assignments with The Air Force and Defense Contract Management Agency. After leaving the Air Force, Mr. Hott became principle consultant to a small veteran owned business developing and presenting training on a variety of government contracting subjects including cost/price analysis, contract administration and Cost Accounting Standards.
Tyler Freiberger is an associate attorney at Centre Law & Consulting primarily focusing on employment law, litigation, and compliance with regulations on federal contractors. On behalf of Centre Law & Consulting, he has advised federal contractors on drafting contracts with federal agencies and subcontractors for compliance with the Service Contract Labor Standards/the Service Contract Act and other federal regulations.
