The Mandatory Disclosure rule is incorporated into every GSA Schedule. The Mandatory Disclosure rule requires a contractor to disclose to the Office of the Inspector General when a contractor has credible knowledge that a principal, employee, agent or subcontractor has committed a violation of the act such as submitting a false invoice by using noncompliant labor categories on an invoice. It applies up until three years after the final payment under a task or delivery order. GSA Schedule contracts have complex areas of risk regarding Commercial Sales Practices (CSP), Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) and well as compliance with the Price Reductions Clause (PRC) and Trade Agreements Act (TAA).
