This one-day course helps contracting officials understand the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) requirements and determine when to use DBA and its related laws correctly. Through case studies and exercises, attendees will work through the common pitfalls and learn how to work with other agency officials, the contractor and the Department of Labor to avoid confusion in implementation and documentation. Attendees may take DBA for Government as a stand-alone course, or in combination with our Service Contract Act  class for a comprehensive 32-hour training illustrating the differences between the often confused requirements.
