Theresa Kinney, Senior Deputy Program Director/Manager at NASA SEWP Program Office, leads the strategic direction, operations, and planning for SEWP, a premier Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) offering cutting-edge Information Technology & Communication and Audio-Visual Technology solutions to Federal Agencies. With over 20+ years of experience at NASA, Ms. Kinney serves as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the SEWP Program and holds key roles in ACT/IAC, NCMA, and ATARC and received the Federal 100 award in 2022.
